करोनाचे संकट आले,देश lockdown झाला,घरी राहणे सक्तीचे झाले,चला तर गणितातील काही गमती पाहूया:
10,100,1000 इत्यादी संख्यांच्या जवळच्या संख्यांच्या वर्ग किंवा square:
वैदिक गणित सूत्र: यावद नूनं तावद उनिकृत्यम वर्गं च योजयेत l
म्हणजे ‘ subtract as many numbers as away from the base and then apply square’
‘ जेवढे कमी तेवढे वजा करून वर्ग योजा ‘
Example: 98चा वर्ग किंवा 98^2=
First part of answer:98-2=96
Second part of the answer= 2^2=04
98 is away from 100 by 2 units,hence 98-2=96 ,and 2^2=4,therefore applying square of 2, hence the final answer is
Final answer=9604
2) 94^2= 94-6, 6^2 =8836
As 94 is away from 100 by 6 units,we subtract 94-6 and then apply the square of 6
3)995^2 = 995-5 , 5^2
The final answer is = 990025
As the base is 1000,we have 3 zeros and we need to adjust the place values of 25hence we write 025 as a second part of answer
4)1007^2= 1014049
For away from base we subtracted same way ,excess of base that is mare than base, we added 7in the given number 1007 which is equal to 1014and apply the square of 7=49 and adjusting place value we gat the answer 1014049
5) 89^2 =first part : 89- 11= 78
Second part: 11^2 =121
Now in our base there are only 2 zeros hence in the number 121,
1will be carried forward and added to 78 and then final answer becomes 7921
