About Me

I am freelance educator and passionate about Mathematics, Statistics and Astronomy. I am teaching these subjects for last 15 years. For few years I was in United Kingdom (UK), where I have learned about their education system, their teacher training and overall activity-based learning approach. I gained good experience there to create my own courses.
After coming to India, I started my journey by learning, delivering, and designing courses in Vedic Mathematics. I have also got interested in ancient mathematics. I got opportunity in Balbharati to use my experience to create new curriculum textbooks. I became one of the core members of Mathematics team and created textbooks from 1 st std. to 12 th std. This work was my journey of exploration of India’s evolving education system, I am glad that I played an active role in taking some key decisions for students of future schools.

This entire process is a very intellectual enrichment. Same time another opportunity came to create an entire curriculum of international board for Maharashtra government schools, write from the scratch. I was a very foundational member of this team and witnessed and became an integral part of this evolving journey. This curriculum development process is like churning ourselves beyond our boundaries. We did extensive hard-work and that was a most intellectually joyful experience of my life.
Currently I am working as an adjunct Faculty in Symbiosis Statistical Institute (SSI) and Visiting faculty at Symbiosis School of Economics (SSE). Also working as an honorary director for Institute of Advancement of Vedic Mathematics (IAVM) IAVM is UK based NGO working for popularisation and research of Vedic and ancient Mathematics.

“ Mathematics is a great motivation for all humans...
Because its career starts with zero and it never ends ”
